Processing:
4-6 week business days only processing period for orders that are NOT custom.
4-8 weeks for custom orders or personalized items. Usually between 6-8 weeks. No weekends or holidays included.
Why is the processing period so long? Because I am in palliative care & I'm really sick & in pain every single day. I am dying due to bacterial colonization. The infection is incurable due to antibiotic resistance so I am very sick all the time & most of my time is spent practicing symptom management & pain control.
I appreciate your patience & support but if you need your item quickly, order from Amazon, not from me. I'm just one person & I do everything for my small business from marketing, web development, inventory, packing, labels, finances, PR & customer service.
I'm very sick & I'm only working so I can afford the care I need palliative wise. Most of my pain management costs are out of pocket due to limited options for me & the belief that pain is inevitable.
